Day 1
Day 1: Hanoi Arrival

Upon arrival in Hanoi, you will meet our local tour guide and then transfer to your accommodations for check-in, enjoying the remainder of the day at your leisure. Accommodation: Hotel in Hanoi. Meals: No

Day 2
Day 2: Hanoi - Explore The Highlights Of Hanoi.

Today, we start our trip by paying a visit to Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum which known as the heart of Hanoi. After that, we visit one of the iconic places in Hanoi the Temple of Literature - the first University of Vietnam. After lunch at a local restaurant, keep your trip by visiting the Museum of Ethnology, widely acknowledged as the best in the country. It has an extensive display dedicated to Vietnam’s 54 Ethnic minority peoples. After that, touring through the Hanoi Old Quater with a cyclo. You will enjoy the hassle and bustle of the Old Quarter and the local habitation in the afternoon. At the end of the tour, we watch a traditional water puppet show. After the show, our tour guide and car driver will take you back to your hotel. Accommodation: Hotel in Hanoi. Meals: Breakfast and Lunch.

Day 3
Day 3: Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight on Cruise

After breakfast at your hotel, you will be transferred to your next destination, Halong Bay. Arrive at Halong Bay, you will embark on a beautiful cruise for your overnight cruise and enjoy some water activities at the Natural World Heritage destination. Relax on the deck in the stunning scenery of Halong and immerse yourself in the romantic sunset in Halong. Accommodation: Overnight on the cruise Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 4
Day 4: Halong - Hanoi - Overnight train to Sapa.

Wake up in the morning to take the breathtaking view of sunrise at the Bay and you can participate in Tai Chi on the sundeck of the cruise. After visiting some local villages (fishing villages) at Halong and having a brunch, you will travel back to your hotel in Hanoi. At about 8:00 pm: Your guide and driver pick you up and transfer you to Hanoi railway station for the night train to Lao Cai Accommodation: Overnight on the train. Meals: Breakfast and Brunch.

Day 5
Day 5: Sapa - Trekking through hill tribal villages.

Arrive at Lao Cai train station at about 5:00 am, and meet our tour guide and car driver to escort you to the breakfast. After having breakfast, take a walk in the spectacular views of mist-clad peaks and rice terraces to visit the village of Red Dzao, the most colorful ethnic group in Vietnam. Explore the idyllic life of the local people in the mountains of Vietnam and the outstanding rice terrace view from the height. Accommodation: Overnight at a hotel in Sapa. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.

Day 6
Day 6: Sapa - Suoi Ho - Ma Tra village - Natural Sites.

Start walking 5km from Sapa, downhill, and cross the stream to the other bank where Suoi Ho village beautifully sits on the top of a low hill. Spend half an hour to visit several local homes for understanding of local life. Continue walking along a large path on hillsides which is paved with rock to get through Ma Tra village, a very small village hiding way from civilization. The walk continues through rice paddy fields and spectacular scenery. During the day you will also be able to visit a local school. Transfer back to Sapa for lunch. In the afternoon, we visit Silver Waterfall, Heaven Gate to enjoy the epic landscape of the Sapa mountain. Back to your hotel and free the rest of the day at your leisure. Day 7
Day 7: Sapa - Hanoi

Free the whole morning at your own leisure for shopping and relaxing in your room. At about 3:00 pm, the minivan will pick you up for transferring back to Hanoi. Arrive at Hanoi at about 9:00 pm, and recheck in your hotel. Accommodation: Overnight at a hotel in Hanoi. Meals: Breakfast.

Day 8
Day 8: Hanoi - Fly to Hue - Hue biking tour.

After having breakfast at your hotel, you will travel to Noi Bai Airport to fly to Hue, the former imperial capital of Vietnam. Upon arriving at Hue airport, meet our local guide and transfer by car to your hotel to check-in at your hotel and relax. In the afternoon, take a scenic bike ride along the Nhu Y River to the poetic Chuon Lagoon. A peaceful boat ride will travel you through fishing boats, floating bamboo huts, and a network of fish farms to have a close look at the local life in Central of Vietnam. Day 9
Day 9: Hue - World Heritage Sites.

Take a boat trip along poetic Perfume River to reach the ancient Thien Mu pagoda, a special cultural - historical site where still preserves a legendary tale about the Heaven Fairy Lady since Nguyen Dynasty. Then, keep visiting your historic touring day by paying a visit to Imperial Citadel, a massive complex offering a look back to the life, architecture, and power of the Nguyen Dynasty. Having lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, explore and visit the tomb and monument of King Tu Duc. This is the most popular, imposing, and impressive of the royal mausoleums, designed by Emperor Tu Duc himself before his death. In the evening, enjoy your dinner at a traditional ancient house in Hue to taste the best cuisine in the emperor place. Accommodation: Overnight at a hotel in Hue. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner.

Day 10
Day 10: Hue - Hoi An - Hoi An ancient town

We depart to Hoi An. Drive over the mighty Hai Van pass for an overview of the Pacific Ocean and the famous Lang Co fishing village. After checking your hotel in Hoi An, have lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, enjoy a walking tour in Hoi An town, recognized by UNESCO as a World Heritage site because of its unusually well-preserved ancient streets and homes. Set out to explore the quaint cobblestone streets of the town with more than two-century-old Chinese houses. Sites include Chua Ong Pagoda, Chinese Assembly Halls, the 200- year old Tan Ky ancestral house and the Japanese Bridge. Accommodation: Overnight at a hotel in Hoi An. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.

Day 11
Day 11: Hoi An - Cam Thanh Village by boat - Tra Que Village by bike.

After breakfast at your hotel, meet our local guide and enjoy a cycling trip along the lush and peaceful pace of viewing local life. After that, take a short break in a local family at Cam Thanh Village before enjoying 1.5 hours ride on Traditional Basket Boat (round boat) in the Water Coconut Palm Forest. Learn how to sail the basketboat and spend your time catching fish and “purple crabs” in the Canal. Then, continue to Tra Que Organic Vegetable Village where a large variety of vegetables are produced for the local community. At the village, you will be shown the environmentally sustainable practices that the local villagers have used for centuries and are still being used extensively today. Then, have a short fun cooking lesson, and enjoy a delicious lunch. Accommodation: Overnight at a hotel in Hoi An. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch.

Day 12
Day 12: Hoi An- Free day at your leisure.

You have a whole day free in Hoi An to explore the ancient town on your own and go shopping (there are many good tailors in Hoi An and you can make beautiful clothes here). Accommodation: Overnight at a hotel in Hoi An. Meals: Breakfast.

Day 13
Day 13: Hoi An - Fly to Saigon - Saigon by night on Vespa

After breakfast, our car driver will pick you up and take you to the airport for the flight to Saigon. Upon arrival, meet our local guide and transfer by car to your hotel to check-in at your hotel and relax. In the evening, you will experience Saigon's foodie heaven with Vespa Adventures. Set out on an exciting culinary journey on our vintage Vespa through the corners of Saigon to discover its best typical and mouthwatering Southern cuisines. Hop on the back of our vintage Vespa and be led by our local host to drive to the corners of Saigon to discover the bright assortment of fresh ingredients in a lively local food market, which will excite your taste buds in meals when you are in town. End of the tour at about 9:00 pm, free at your leisure the rest of the day. Accommodation: Overnight at a hotel in Saigon. Meals: Breakfast, Dinner.

Day 14
Day 14: Saigon - An exploration day.

Get on the car and drive through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi. Spend the next hour exploring the maze of tunnels where the Vietnamese could escape bombings, hide from the enemy, and mount surprise attacks. Also on display are various mantraps and the remains of an American tank as well as numerous bomb craters. After lunch at a local restaurant, head back to the central of Saigon. Visit the Notre Dame Cathedral built between 1877 and 1883. This is one of the best examples of classical French colonial architecture. Nearby is the Old Post Office which is another example of French colonial architecture and is also the country’s largest post office. Move on to see the Reunification Palace, one of the most important buildings in the city. Here on April 30th 1975 the ‘American War’ officially ended when tank number 843 of the North Vietnamese Army crashed through the gates of what was, at the time the residence of the President of the Republic of Vietnam. After that, we continue to visit War Remnants Museum (American War Crimes), a poignant display of the futility of war. Late afternoon, transfer back to your hotel. Free the rest of day on your own. Day 15
Day 15: Saigon - Ben Tre - Can Tho.

In the morning, you will depart from Ho Chi Minh City to explore Ben Tre in the Mekong Delta, also known as the “Green Venice” of Vietnam. After visiting a brick factory in Phong Nam where bricks are still hand-made, step onto a boat for a cruise along the Chet Say River (one of the Mekong’s arms). You will make several stops along the way to discover different local workshops, allowing you to understand better the specialties of the local economy. The boat will then cross a small canal and stop at a small village, where you will continue your discovery of the delta by visiting a workshop specializing in carpet weaving. You will even be able to try this activity yourself, before hopping in a xe loi (a kind of motorized rickshaw) or on a bicycle to wander around the village. You will see traditional farms, rice fields and vegetable plants, before stopping at a small local restaurant to taste a delicious (and generous) lunch made of regional specialties, such as “elephant-ear fish” and freshwater shrimps. In the afternoon you will get back on the sampan for some leisure time along the narrow canals. Finally, depart for Can Tho for check-in at the hotel. Free at leisure in downtown of the city. Day 16
Day 16: Can Tho - Cai Rang Floating Village

Early in the morning, you will step a local sampan to visit the colourful Cai Rang Floating Market, you will get a glimpse of the lively atmosphere - where people sell and buy all sorts of fruits and fishes of the delta. On each boat, a long pole with a piece of fruit or vegetable attached to the end serves as an emblem indicating the type of goods sold on the boat - pineapples, oranges, salad vegetables or turnips, etc. After visiting the floating market, you will return to your hotel in Can Tho for travel back to your hotel in Ho Chi Minh for check-in. Day 17
Day 17: Saigon - Departure.
